Alan Roura
Having spent half of his life on water, Alan Roura wrapped up his second Vendée Globe campaign in February of 2021. At just 27 years of age, he was the youngest participant for the second time after his Vendée Globe debut in 2017. In the four years between, Geigele Communications successfully placed the Geneva-born skipper in the Swiss-German media, telling the young sailor’s story. The resulting portraits, interviews and reports attracted a lot of attention for Roura and his sponsors, in part due to exclusive TV formats such as "Reporter" and "Dok”, which were produced by Swiss national broadcaster SRF, who had accompanied Roura’s journey for three years.
